Sustainable organizational capacity building: is organizational learning a key?

Article Abstract:

A discussion of research into the 'twinning' technique used by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency to encourage sustainable organizational and institutional capacity creation in developing nations is presented. This research was commissioned to produce evidence to allow the agency to assess the effectiveness of this technique. Particular emphasis is placed on tacit knowledge.

Organizational commitment and service delivery: evidence from an industrial setting in the UK

Article Abstract:

The connection between service delivery quality and organization commitment is examined and found to be not too strong. The antecedents of teamwork and role ambiguity are strongly linked to organizational commitment and the gap in service delivery. Contact-level employees of an industrial service business are surveyed to determine the relationship.

The difference a manager can make: organizational justice and knowledge worker commitment
