Article Abstract:

Jack Weatherford, a noted author and anthropologist, wrote a book on Genghis Khan titled, 'Genghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World'. Although Genghis Khan's reputation suffered disastrously in the centuries after his rule due to bad press, his emotional intelligence could provide valuable lessons for today's leaders who can implement in their business strategies.
