Women-only executive development

Article Abstract:

A brief description on the business case for same-sex executive education and a Smith College program that fosters trust and attribute among women is presented. Such women-only executive education programs can be an important learning ground for successful professional woman, giving her access to role models, resources, ideas, knowledge and contacts that will help her grow and advance in her career.
