Are electronic forms available for business?

Article Abstract:

Electronic forms offer numerous advantages over paper forms and are available today in cost-effective packages. Insurance agents can use electronic forms to speed the underwriting process by submitting applications instantly to the home office. Problems relating to outdated forms are eliminated by electronic forms which can be updated and distributed quickly. Electronic forms can also have rules built into them which help ensure that forms are completely filled out.

Associations must span agent generation gap

Article Abstract:

Agent associations must recruit new and younger members in order to maintain their membership rates. Associations have trouble attracting members of younger generations who are not as willing to join organizations as previous generations. Double-income families are also less able to spend time volunteering at agent associations. If recruited, younger members can also incorporate technology into the association, and bring older members in line with new advances.
