Best's Rating Changes

Article Abstract:

Twenty four life and health insurers which had their ratings changed or placed under review are enumerated. New York-based First Great-West Life and Annuity was given a superior rating together with Equitable Life Insurance Co of Iowa and First ING Life Insurance Co of New York. Newly rated TakeCare Insurance Co of Colorado was deemed excellent. HMO Illinois and Blue Choice New York, given an A+ and A-, respectively, are being rated for the first time.
