Career success means coping with change

Article Abstract:

Employees can enhance their chances of advancement by demonstrating flexibility, taking advantage of training opportunities and looking for additional ways to serve their companies. In an atmosphere of corporate downsizing, talented employees can feel their position is in jeopardy, and this communication failure can cause companies to lose good workers.
