Fear and loathing Form 5500

Donald Stone, president of Chicago based Plan Sponsor Advisors LLC has questioned the filing of Form 5500 by the tax qualified and health care plans about their financial conditions, investments and operations. The employers and advocates are advised to assess the completion of the form to be beneficial to the sponsors.
