How to pay and reward mutidiscipline work teams

Article Abstract:

Muitidiscipline work teams are fast becoming commonplace in the workplace because of their inherent advantages over traditional hierarchical organization structures. Compensation professionals need to examine several issues involving the said teams regarding reward and pay issues. A conceptual framework must first be made concerning factors such as culture, team performance and individual performance, and a market analysis of disciplines. The framework serves as basis for combining the reward and pay elements into an effective plan for directing the team towards its objectives.
