Article Abstract:

Employers are starting to turn to flexible benefits programs to cut costs and to obtain better control. However, they also need to augment such a move with a comprehensive education program along with more benefits choices inorder to improve employee relations. Informed employees are more inclined to ask questions as to whether flexible programs will be more beneficail to their interests so employers should prepare themselves for inquiries about new programs.

The significance and value of quality in the services or products of business organizations cannot be underestimated since it directly affects the success of the company. One mannerby which employees can be motivated to increase quality in their work is by using a competitive pay process which assists the organization in defining corevalues and rewards individual conmmitment to quality.
