Paying for aging: health care in the future

Article Abstract:

This article describes the impact of an aging population upon businesses and how business will continue to provide health care coverage. Based upon declining global fertility rates, replacing aging employees with younger ones will become more difficult as fewer young people join the labor market. This aging is a global phenomenon.
