Article Abstract:

Cosworth Engineering Ltd. has invested heavily to develop its in-house testing facilities. One beneficiary of this investment is the establishment of the Emissions Driveability Centre (EDC) in Northampton to focus on vehicle emissions testing. The EDC is projected to offer solutions for catalytic system developers and other OEM automotive suppliers. Vehicle preparation aids Cosworth in developing its emission programs.

Article Abstract:

There are four sources of environmental structuring on employee responses: job, technology, work unit, and leader behavior. Main, joint, and interactive effects were explored. The strongest effect was related to job structure. Tables are included which illustrate statistical findings.

Article Abstract:

Several gooseberry dessert recipes are presented. Gooseberries, which are plump and translucent little fruits, could have gotten their name from the French name for red currant, groseille. The fruit is abundant in England and has become a familiar dessert ingredient.
