Issues discussed concern the impact of the Asian economic crisis of 1997 on financial instability and devaluation in the Brazilian economy. Law, justice and the idea of a world society

Article Abstract:

International law is evolving in many ways. The rapid growth of globalization necessitates the redefinition of the common concepts of justice and social equality. The evolution of international law is reflective of the importance of world justice over international order which is more appropriate to an equally evolving world society instead of the maintaining the traditional society.
