Russia's economic revolution and the West

Article Abstract:

The adoption of capitalism, democracy and an open foreign policy by Russia forces the West to be actively involved in the progressive economic activities. Without misplacing its economic interests, the West should extend its aid and investments to the growth of private-sector activities than on government aid programs. The West should base its strategies on the economic viability of these policies heedless of the political activities in Russia.
