A district court ruling could deter corporations from reporting the theft of trade secrets if the proprietary information is not shielded from defense attorneys

Article Abstract:

United States v. This action concerned alleged bribery of Bristol-Myers employees to obtain trade secrets about the production of Taxol. High technology companies' alternatives for trade secret protection in the absence of an effective federal law enforcement solution are listed.
