Pro-monopoly policy on the right: Henry George lives in 1998

The author addresses comments from an Internet group which he considers politically right-wing called 'Land Theory" whose members believe that the only acceptable tax would be a real property tax which would result in a nominal federal budget.

Monopoly and inequality: a good 'market' remedy but a shortage of advocates

A focus by the political left on fighting against markets in general would have more impact socially and economically if shifted to monopolistic markets. A discussion on this topic is presented.
