A new approach to structuring successful franchise organizations

Issues are discussed regarding the shared business enterprise model, a way of structuring business franchises reconciling the sometimes conflicting interests of franchisor and franchisee. The structural origin of often dysfunctional system governance arrangements is also discussed.
