College funding tool offers: estate planning advantage

The authors explain how the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 allows families to fund the future costs of a child's or grandchild's college education at current tuition rates while obtaining added funds through income and estate tax savings and investment returns on college savings accounts.
