A directory of major US continuing legal education programs given in the 3rd qtr of 1999 is given. The listing is divided by about 20 subjects, such as antitrust law, bankruptcy law, asbestos litigation, class action, dispute resolution, law office management, medical malpractice, and product liability. The listing is chronological under the subjects, with the date of the workshop, contact address and telephone numbers, and the major topics each workshop covers.

This directory is divided by subjects, such as various types of law, causes of action and procedural matters. Under each subject the CLE programs are listed chronologically with the program's address, sponsor, addresses, fax numbers and phone nos to contact.
