Diversity management: a new organizational paradigm

Article Abstract:

The involvement of under represented individuals in corporate affairs has dramatically increased over the years, as companies attempt to expand their diversity. To ensure the efficiency of decision-making processes, companies must be able to integrate ethical principles to diversity management. Such would not only expand the customer base of service-oriented firms in diverse markets, but also reduce race discrimination in the work environment.

Sharing out in alliances: trust and ethics

Article Abstract:

Alliances have recently become a favorite form of relationship between businesses. The creation and development of trust in a business alliance are discussed. The ethical, technical, sociological and psychological conditions that make an alliance possible are described. Moreover, a description of the ethical nature of the necessary step that must be taken as possible partners move toward an actual alliance is presented.

Social exclusion and ethical responsibility: solidarity with the least skilled

Article Abstract:

Private sector firms share the responsibility to assure a fair degree of social integration, that is, all members of the society have an opportunity to realize their full potential. In this line of reasoning, the responsibility toward social integration is an integral part of business ethics. This is because job creation is an indispensable tool for attacking the problem of social exclusion.
