Futuredocs; the video revolution in briefs, contracts and wills

Article Abstract:

Technological developments by the time of the 21st century will impact the practice of law in numerous ways. Multimedia will enable attorneys to enhance their documents with both audio and video components. The availability of multimedia will also change attorneys' interactions with the courts, with paper briefs falling into disfavor. The way attorneys do research will also be changed, since new software will organize texts and enable people to concentrate on less-well-understood portions more easily than they could before. The authentication of evidence will also change.
