Here we go again: the conversion of qualified scholarship funding corporations from nonprofit to for-profit status; what we can learn from the heath care conversion bonanza

The author discusses the process by which nonprofit corporations that were established to acquire student loans notes incurred under the Higher Education Act of 1965 have elected to transfer their student loans activities to for-profit corporations.
