Reversing midnight regulations

Article Abstract:

Issues regarding the abundance of post-election regulations issued by the Bill Clinton administration in January 2001 in the United States are discussed. It is emphasized that while some of the regulations have been developed over time, others have been issued hurriedly without checks.
