Rossman Memorial Award

Article Abstract:

The Patent Office Society awarded the 20th Rossman Memorial Award to Joseph C. Re of Knobbe, Martens, Olson and Bear for the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society article making the greatest contribution to the patent, trademark or copyright field. The judging criteria were subject timeliness, readability, originality, research depth, potential impact on the system and accuracy. Joseph Rossman published numerous patent law articles and was the Journal's editor-in-chief.
