Ethical distinctions

Article Abstract:

Ethics is not a clearly defined area because people must use their own social beliefs to structure their behavior and will often use a different scale to interpret the actions of another person. Therefore, everyone must be careful to live within the narrowest definitions of ethical behavior even when it goes against their best self-interest in order to avoid violating someone's understanding of ethics.
