Sources and consequences of workplace pressure: increasing the risk of unethical and illegal business practices

Article Abstract:

Workplace pressure comes from many places. A survey has been taken in an effort to find its sources and to determine whether or not it increases the risk of illegal/unethical business practices. Most workers indicate that solutions that are low in cost and easy to attain in most organizations would be effective. There is more hope and less fear in companies where communication is open and candid.
