Sustainable economic development: a criminal justice challenge for the 21st century

Article Abstract:

This article discusses the importance of economists to work with criminal justice experts in ensuring environmental protection. The author argues that environmental degradation often is a result of sustainable development, and to protect the environment it is significant that economists and criminal justice experts understand one another's profession in an effort to work together.
