Issues are discussed regarding the controversy over the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which persists 10 years after the law's passage, bills modifying the act, and the failure of most cases dealing with the ADA to rule for the disabled. The ADA Notification Act and the National Employment Dispute Resolution Act of 2000 are two of the bills.
