Why is black America so poor? 'Racism' and the 'punditry' problem

The author discounts the role of racism in African-American poverty and believes that African-American leaders' failure to encourage entrepreneurship is actually the greatest cause of this poverty.

Why is Russia still so poor 10 year after the fall of Communism?

The author ascribes Russia's continuing poverty to Communism's discouragement of individual entrepreneurship and the work ethic. He urges land reform as a remedy.
