Petition to force open meetings for Nuclear Regulatory Commission fails

Article Abstract:

The District of Columbia Circuit ruling in Natural Resources Defense Council v. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is discussed, and agreed with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's position that the Government in the Sunshine Act permitted it to close meetings, citing a 1984 US Supreme Court ruling in support.
