Computer matches turn up heat on city hall scam, mob connection

Results are presented of an investigation into illegal tax reductions offered by members of Providence, Rhode Island's Board of Tax Assessment Review at City Hall. The investigation revealed mob bribes, money laundering, and the acquisition of leases without competitive bidding.
