The records of the residents at the Conway center that are cognitively impaired and suffer from cerebral palsy or Down syndrome, sexually disorder and mental retardation are discussed. eOlmstead waiting listE lawsuits were filed against states because the developmentally disabled believe they were not given access to Medicaid long-term services within a reasonable time.
