Outrage claim against newspaper cannot stand: neighborhood resident could not demonstrate any harm from interview with newspaper

The author discusses the decision by a Georgia trial court in Crawl v. Cox Enterprises, in which the court ruled that a newspaper had not violated the privacy rights of a person interviewed, who had been promised confidentiality but was identified in the printed story.
