The alternative view: Planets of binary star systems
Article Abstract:
The three-body problem referring to the large number of binary star systems in the galaxy and the relative rarity of triple-star systems is discussed. There are numerical methods for solving the three-body problem to high accuracy, so that with modern computers one can calculate orbits of multi-body systems to whatever precision one is willing to expend the resources to obtain.

A stroll through the Lyman-alpha forest
Article Abstract:
An analysis is presented of the Lyman-alpha forest, a characteristic of distant quasars. The Lyman-alpha forest has become a standard tool of astrophysics, providing evidence that the cosmological red shift is real.
