Crisis looms over On Digital capacity

Broadcaster On Digital may lose multiplex space if Channel 5 decides to take back the spectrum it leases to On Request, On Digital's pay-per-view service. On Digital already has insufficient space on which to broadcast its services and is under pressure to expand its capacity for channels.
