United Kingdom program executives, fueled by the success in the US of such UK-founded shows as "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and "Survivor," are feeling confident and are looking for the right partnerships to continue their success in the US. Major US networks, including ABC, NBC, and Fox, purchased programs from UK companies in 2000. Accompanying tables illustrate the spread of UK programming around the world, as well as the names of UK programs on US primetime networks.
