BBC and C4 to make de Menezes dramas

Article Abstract:

Channel 4 and British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) are investigating the assassination of Jean Charles de Menezes, who was shot dead by the police, taking him for a terrorist. The channels intend to produce two documentaries on the assassination. The programs are bound to arouse bitter controversy.

MoD acts on missing ITN pair

The United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence is conducting an investigation into the disappearance of two ITN workers in Iraq. The ministry found new evidence showing the possible occurrence of a war crime.
