BBC3 needs a "Big Brother"

Article Abstract:

BBC3 has appointed Julian Bellamy as its new controller. Bellamy is former Channel 4 executive who was in charge of "Big Brother", and reality event "Space Cadets". Appointment of Bellamy is expected to improve the market share of BBC3 in the same way as "Big Brother" helped C4.
