BBC 1 in linew for 100m pounds bonanza

The BBC 1 will get half of the company's 200 million pounds sterling annual license fee settlement if the board approves the division currently proposed. The total BBC 1 budget of 823 pounds sterling will be boosted by at least 50 million, and most of the new funds will go toward programs.
