Confessions to a new public: Video Nation Shorts

Article Abstract:

Video Nation Shorts, a defunct programme was a public broadcasting, tradition of access television and confessional culture. It is argued that despite it being brief and relegated to late-night schedule, the Video Nation Shorts helped to constitute a critical change in the framing of the public sphere.
