Article Abstract:

Cameraman Andy McLeod with Director Dan Gold leads a camera crew 10,000 miles away into the southern-most city of Antarctica for a diving expedition into the coldest waters on Earth to film "Heart of Ice". Near the 70 degrees south destination, they filmed minke whales and seals among the ice, and the beautiful scenery of the sea diving waters, which are described as turning bright blue from slate grey.

Director Phil Grabosky details the challenges of filming the first in a series of "Hidden History" films, Egypt, for Discovery and the BBC. Executive producer for discovery Jack Smith, Egyptologist Joann Fletcher and Camerman Mike Fox all endured getting sick in the heat and a power blackout just before a days ending, while filming in Luxor.

Television dramas dominate the list of most creative programs in craft, with highly-awarded "Life on Mars" on the top spot. The BBC meanwhile dominated the list of top channels for craft, with BBC1 and BBC2 on the highest two places. The best in-house and independent producers for craft are also given.
