DiY post-production

Article Abstract:

Broadcast recently surveyed five indies to gauge their reasons for running their own in-house editing departments. The findings revealed that by having their own facilities, companies could benefit in terms of cost saving, time saving, flexibility and ease of production. The indies surveyed included Plymouth-based Twofour Productions, Brixton-based Brighter Pictures, Scottish indie IWC, Oxford-based Landmark Films, and Talkbalk Thames Studios.
