Changes to digital television allotments

Article Abstract:

Digital television (DTV) allotment tables have been adopted by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). Broadcasters disagreeing with their allotment may choose to either petition the FCC to amend the table, or exchange their allotment with another DTV applicant or several applicants. However, modification of analog facilities will not be approved when they cause interference with DTV operations.
