Downloading the future

Article Abstract:

Telecommunication companies are concentrating on providing high bandwidth for internet to decrease the download speed. They are also trying to introduce new services to down load television program trailers on mobile phones, ipods just like iTunes and songs. Internet Protocol Television is the first of its kind which created the dilemma about the future of the traditional broadcasters.

Getting wi-fi to fly

Lack of single-point billing is the biggest barrier to large-scale adoption of wireless Internet that is widely available but yet to be a mass-market technology. The mobile phone operators are best placed to offer a solution to the main billing problem faced by wireless Internet providers.
