Dyke's lasting legacy

Article Abstract:

Greg Dyke, BBC's previous director general was a popular figure, and his resignation was met with protests by the BBC staff. Dyke created a lasting legacy by giving the BBC staff their creative confidence and his response to criticism for his decisions was to create a leaner, more efficient, more cohesive organisation with an emphasis on creativity over bureaucracy.
