Film-maker Treays to make C4 'love' trilogy

Article Abstract:

Documentary film-maker Jane Treays has been commissioned by Channel 4 to make a trilogy of films for the "Love, Sex and Marriage" series to be aired in autumn of 2008. The first film will be on the topic of purity balls, the second is about drug addiction and family life and the last topic has yet to be finalized. Treays' other works are also discussed.

C4 risks offence with Xmas shows

Channel 4 is planning to show "The Magic of Jesus" this Christmas. The show is likely to hurt the sentiments of some people because the magicians on the show will redo the biblical miracles. The show will be followed by another controversial show, Tsunami: Where Was God?
