Gameshow specialist is latest indie for sale

Indie company 12 Yard Productions of the "Eggheads" fame has announced that it is for sale, and has received a first round of bids from the likes of ITV Productions, All3Media, Shine and Shed Media. The company, wich is a joint venture of David Young and HatTrick, is projected to be sold for 25 million pounds sterling. The scope of the sale is discussed.
