Obituaries: Marsha L. Landolt and Robert A. Busch

Marsha Landolt served as dean of the UW Graduate School and was an outstanding mentor to her students. Robert Busch devoted his professional talents and extensive knowledge of fish vaccines and pharmaceuticals to work as a private consultant to the aquaculture industry.

Kenneth D. Carlander: Past President of the American Fisheries Society

Kenneth Dixon Carlander, 86, past president of the American Fisheries Society and former professor and research at lowa State University, passed away on 21November 2002. His first research publication, in 1939, dealt with walleye growth rate in Minnesota lakes.
