Ofcom set to relax PSB requirements

Ofcom is responding to the realities of changing market by putting greater importance on quality and innovating protection for children with an effective watershed. The move will provide broader remits to channels as ITV, Channel 4 & Five and will lead to the examination of the system of funding PSB.
