STV flies the flag over the border

Article Abstract:

Scottish Television PLC is an ITV franchise that is owned by the Scottish Media Group, which represents Scotland, reaching its major cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Scottish-owned ITV licensee produces the largest amount of regional programming each week of ITV operators, including "Scotland Today" news show, and reports over one-third of the viewer share at its peak over BBC Scotland last year.
