BBC director general Mark Thompson has proposed budget and staff cuts ito make way for the increased integration across TV, radio and online. Journalism should be the main driving force of BBC, and putting a small budget can pose a large risk on the reputation of BBC news. The feasibility of the new system on top of the cuts is discussed.
